Warranty Period
All items sold directly by 4seasonshop are covered by a comprehensive 6-month warranty starting from the date of purchase, covering all quality-related defects.
Within 7 days of purchase, a refund can be requested due to product quality issues; within 30 days of purchase, an exchange can be requested due to product quality issues. Free warranty service is provided during the warranty period, which is 6 months.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value if available. If a refurbished model is unavailable, a new item will be sent. If replacement is not possible or not preferred by the customer, 4seasonshop will offer a partial refund based on the item's usage time.
The warranty period for any replacement items follows the remaining warranty period of the original faulty item. The warranty becomes void once the product has been fully refunded.
Warranty claims for product defects must be submitted within 1 year of opening the claim. Claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded their original warranty period or the 1-year claim submission period, whichever is longer.
Warranty Process
Contact our after-sales service personnel to obtain the warranty registration form. You may need to provide sufficient proof of purchase and clear evidence depicting the defect.
Valid proof of purchase includes:

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (e.g., proof of payment transfer and confirmation of the original shipping address).
Send the item to our repair center.
Our maintenance personnel will perform a comprehensive inspection and repair of the item.
If the repair is successful, we will return the item to you. If issues arise during maintenance, we will contact you and provide alternative solutions.
Costs Incurred During Warranty Process
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the item back to you. Specific costs are based on the rates provided by the logistics service provider at the time.
Round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the buyer in the following situations:

Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect

Warranty claims on items used outside the country of original purchase

Returns due to buyer error

Returning personal items

Returning items claimed to be defective but confirmed by 4seasonshop quality inspection to be functioning normally

Returning defective items via international shipping

Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process)
When returning items using a prepaid shipping label provided by 4seasonshop, 4seasonshop assumes responsibility for any damage or loss occurring during transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss occurring during transit. 4seasonshop does not provide refunds for items damaged during transit for non-quality-related warranty claims.
Warranty Exclusions and Notes
Natural product degradation due to wear and tear, as well as breakage/damage during use, is the customer's sole responsibility and is not covered by our warranty.
If the customer has damaged or misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacements or spare parts (if available). We will charge the original price of the components and a shipping fee.
The warranty is void if the customer:

Opens the casing in an attempt to repair the item

Modifies, removes, customizes, or replaces parts of the product

Uses the item in a way not intended by its design

Violates the operating rules in the user manual, or causes damage/defects through incorrect or improper use

Causes damage/defects by using the item with non-original accessories or any third-party products
-
Continues using the item after a fault occurs, causing further damage
-
Fails to contact us when the problem first occurs
Not Covered Under Warranty:

Products without sufficient proof of purchase

Lost or stolen products

Items that have exceeded their warranty period

Non-quality-related issues

Complimentary products

Repairs performed by third parties

Products with altered or missing serial numbers

Unauthorized modification of warranty card information

Damage from external causes

Damage caused by force majeure

Damage from product misuse (including but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water exposure, improper operation)

Damage caused by connecting to incompatible ports, connectors, power sources, voltage drops, etc.

Afterimage and screen flicker caused by DES screen characteristics (This is normal and not a product defect)
-
Light and shadow variations appearing on the item's screen when the front light is on (This is a characteristic of the front light manufacturing process, not a defect)
-
Individual intolerance, irritation, allergy, or other physical reactions to the item/accessory, its housing, internal components, coatings, or odors
All returns must be pre-authorized by the 4seasonshop Support Team. Please follow the steps outlined below in "How to Request Warranty." 4seasonshop reserves the right to refuse compensation for incomplete warranty requests. If a customer returns a package without prior authorization, sends it to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, 4seasonshop reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
All returned items will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If a returned item cannot be repaired, 4seasonshop will offer an alternative solution.
