Do you ship globally?

We can ship to many countries. However,we do not selin some countries because the logistics information cannot be tracked there.

How to check where my order is?

After the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the order tracking number. You can copy the order tracking number to the following website to check the information.

What should l do if l place the wrong order or fill in the wrong delivery information?

If the order has not been shipped, you can contact us to modify the order information. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify it for you.

Can l cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before processing, but not after delivery.

How long does it take to receive it?

Didn't receive the package?

Please confirm that your delivery information is correct and valid before making payment.Please keep your mobile phone open in case the delivery person cannot contact you.If there is a problem with transportation, we will contact you by email. Please respond promptly to avoid exceeding processing time.Please confirm the accuracy of the delivery address you filled in.

We do not bear the main responsibility for transportation failures caused by incorrect address filling. Please provide a valid contact number to prevent the delivery person from being unable to contact you and causing the product to be returned.

How to return a product for a refund?

If the product has functional defects, we will give you a full refund or resend you a new product.

If you place the wrong order, we can give you a partial refund or give you a larger discount to place a new order. Because the shipping fees and taxes for returning the product are already nearly half of the product’s selling price.

We do not support free returns for reasons other than product functional defects.
